	Telerik Further Expands Its All-In-One .NET Offering with Q2 2009 Release We are excited to present Q2 Release of RadControls UI components, Reporting, ORM and WebUI Test Studio. The Q2 release brings us another step closer to supporting the developer community in all aspects of the development lifecycle. We continually enhance and expand our portfolio to address developers' new challenges and strengthen our unique position in the Microsoft .NET vendor community as a holistic provider of complete solutions. Among the highlights of the enhanced Telerik Premium Collection for .NET are the first commercial 3D Chart for Silverlight, taking data visualization to another dimension; a full-featured Silverlight Scheduler, combining Outlook-style convenience with slick interface and advanced editing capabilities; and Visual Style Builder, enabling easy, point-and-click customization of skins for Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Furthermore, the new volume introduces another product addition to Telerik's portfolio - a free web testing framework for automating AJAX and Silverlight-powered Rich Internet Applications. Watch a video on the Q2 product updates The new release is packed with considerable enhancements and new additions across all product lines: WebAii Testing Framework Following the introduction of a full-featured web application testing solution in Q1 - WebUI Test Studio, powered by ArtOfTest, the just-released WebAii Testing Framework  (Beta) is a free web automation framework that helps developers easily write functional tests for AJAX and Silverlight applications. The tool offers one consistent API that allows users to automate the UI of web applications as part of the regression testing. Besides Silverlight support, a key benefit of the testing framework is the browser abstraction, which allows you to create a test once and execute it against all major browsers. Moreover, WebAii Testing Framework comes with RadControls wrappers thus allowing developers to effortlessly automate their Telerik ASP.NET AJAX and Silverlight-based applications. Most of Telerik Silverlight components have identical WPF counterparts, so that you can re-use skills and code between the two platforms. Back to top Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX is the Most Used Commercial AJAX Toolset Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX suite is the most widely used commercial AJAX toolkit according to a survey on the Ajax development and JS libraries, prepared by Simone Chiarreta, an Italian .NET developer, architect and Microsoft MVP. The survey was focused on the adoption of the AJAX technology among web developers, as well as the most used toolkits for development of AJAX applications. More than 2500 developers took the survey and about 75% of the respondents are using the AJAX technology either in production, development or prototype. The survey results show that Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX is the most used commercial toolkit for building AJAX applications in the .NET space. 15.6% of all participants in the survey stated that they prefer developing with RadControls.
