       TreeSize 4.1
      
Our versatile file
      and disk space manager TreeSize now
      works even faster through an improved support of multi-threading.
      Especially network scans benefit from this improvement. Parallel
      information processing in  a program (multi-threading) is mainly
      provided by modern multicore processors and causes further gaining of
      performance on such systems.
      
TreeSize now digs a
      bit deeper, too. Our new tab 껮ile Age?shows statistics for every folder
      in order to reveal the dark ages your files have been generated in.

       SmartSerialMail 3.4 and what next?
      
Our software for
      sending personalized e-mail newsletters, SmartSerialMail,
      as well benefits from the improvement in multi-threading. The processor
      of the sending computer will now be burdened less, and the queue of
      e-mail on the local computer will be processed more quickly. Various
      internet service providers used for the sending of e-mail allow for
      authentication with SSL or TLS (security protocols) only, thus this
      function, too, was integrated into the new version.
      
At the moment we
      are working on version 4 of this program. The release will offer many new
      functions and - most notably - a new HTML editor and a more intuitive
      user interface. We have not fixed a concrete release date yet but will be
      able to offer SmartSerialMail V4 during the first quarter of next year.

       Exchange Server Toolbox 1.0
      
The efficient
      functions and amenities of our POP3 connector SmartPOP2Exchange,
      until now accessible for users of additional POP3 servers only, can now
      be used on every Exchange Server. With our new Exchange Server Toolbox
      you may filter all mail - received through the SMTP of the Exchange
      Server - with the well-tried SpamAssassin, scan it with a virus scanner
      of your choice and create a backup of each message. The latter works for
      incoming as well as for outgoing e-mail.

       SpaceObServer 2.4
      
The newest version
      of our disk space manager SpaceObServer - which not only shows up-to-date
      snapshots of your hard disk load on different systems but also gives you
      the possibility to track developments in storage space usage ?has been
      improved significantly in many ways. 
      
System services and
      general scan performance have been increased further, and database
      structures were optimized as well. This means a gain of speed when
      scanning as well as in the usage of the user interface. Another new
      feature is the possibility to view the progress of update scans in a new
      column '% of Scan' (see 'Configure Scans' dialog).
